The instrumental starts at 2.00 into the clip. Is this tune on any of the Blue Highway records? I have most of them but not yet all.. If so, witch one? Great playing as always!

I just got back to my computer from a wonderful long weekend at ResoSummit.  This was about as much fun as I could stand to have with a resonator guitar.  There were too many highlights to mention, a great experience all the way around.  Public thanks to Rob Ickes, Dwight and Betty and all the people who taught and attended these workshops and concerts.

I'll be posting pictures later on when I return to San Francisco.

Y'all may remember a couple years back when Ivan Rosenberg favorably commented on a CD called "Fishing Music" by Ben Winship and David Thompson of Kane's River.  I picked up the disk, and it is indeed a great one, with some nice reso work by Rob Ickes. 

The guys are at it again, and have released "Fishing Music II".  I know a lot of the folks here are fishermen and might be interested in it, in addition to the Rob Ickes content, so here's a link to a brief mention I made on my work blog about it.
