Rayco

Sooooo..... i just got my plane ticket earlier today, which means i will for sure be hanging out at Wintergrass! The Rayco boys will be there, so thats where i will be spending most of my time. The lineup is absolutely incredible. Stringdusters, and the Wilders seem to be the only bands (that i know of) representing the Reso world, but rest assured there will be plenty of slidey action at the Rayco booth. When i was there in '07 it was a most incredible weekend resophonically speaking. Im sure that '10 will not disappoint.

Oh and Rayco should have #200 up there, for those who really want to know what has me so excited that i could probably pee my pants at any moment.

Would like to say hey to all the folks I met out at IBMA, and old friends i got to see again. I had an absolute blast this year. I didnt get to sit around and play all the resos like i usually do, as that i was working so hard to push the HillBenders name. which, btw, if all goes like i think it might you may be hearing A LOT more of soon.

i did get the chance to swing by Bettys Dobro party. had a great time there, as always. Randy K rolled in twards the end and played a version of Dobro Chimes that pretty much melted my face. course about everything he does melts my face.

Theres actually three parts to this. and is just round one. keep and eye out for the final round videos. The Rayco sure was soundin good for me!!
